TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bharti Gas is eager to join hands with increasing number of distributors and make them a part of our growth story. Please read the below mentioned terms to apply for our franchise.
Eligibility Criteria
• Individuals, partnership firms and registered companies may apply
• Individual applicant should be minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum education qualification: Class XII
• Should be financially sound with capacity to invest in the initial set up
• Any convicted person or person involved in any illegal activity shall not be eligible
• All information provided by applicant should be true to best of his knowledge. In case of submission of any incorrect or misleading information, Bharti Gas reserves the right to terminate the membership immediately.
Selection Criteria
Bharti Gas invites application for franchise through advertisements in leading newspaper from time to time. Your application is evaluated by our selection committee who then shortlists them and calls you for interview. The committee also ascertains the need for a new franchise in a particular zone based on feasibility study. This report enables the panel members to review the area’s market potential and determine the possible launch of a new franchise.
SAFETY GUIDELINES
• Minimum 200 Sq. ft. space for showroom at a prominent location that is easily accessible.
• Weights & Measures approved weighing scale
• Minimum weight count should be of 50 Gms.
• Weighing scale should have minimum capacity of 100 kgs.
• Computer equipped with required software
• Sufficient cylinder stock such that it can cater to market demand, both current and prospective.
• Showroom should be designed to accommodate the stove display, demonstration facility, storage of history cards, file racks, fire extinguisher, stock board, name board, tax registration numbers and details about working days, working hours and weekly holidays.
• A notice board within showroom premises to indicate prices for cylinders.
• Efficient delivery mechanism and sufficient number of vehicles to meet service and delivery requests.

• Trade License
• GST Registration
• Fire license for godown
• Explosive license for storage the LPG Cylinder (it's can be apply after LOI provide by company) it's not compusory at the time of application.
